I don’t even know where to begin praising Milestone and its owner Ryan. Do I start with the incredibly tender cheesesteak sandwich? Do I start with the crispy kettle chips? How about with the friendly owner and chef, Ryan, who clearly takes pride in the work he puts into making the food perfect and has the gift of gab? Maybe the atmosphere which feels cool and classic? I don’t know, y’all. I just know that this place is a TREASURE. I had the cheesesteak sandwich (WIT ONIONS) and my husband had the chicken parm sub. Ryan cuts the steak for his cheesesteak every morning at 2 am. He serves it up hot and tender with melty cheese. The kettle chips are cooked in house and are so crispy and flavorful. Ryan has clearly never met a stranger and has the perfect mix of pride in his work and friendliness to everyone who walks in. PLUS! 15% off for Military, Veterans, Teachers, and first responders! Seriously. This place is IT.

Milestone Craft Deli is a game-changer in Mt. Juliet’s food scene. Their meatball sub is a masterclass in sandwich-making—perfectly toasted bread cradling juicy, flavorful meatballs, all brought together with a sauce that has just the right kick. It’s clear that Chef Ryan Miles and his team pour those Philly roots into every bite, delivering a taste that’s both authentic and innovative. The deli’s atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. The staff is attentive and genuinely passionate about the food they serve, which elevates the entire dining experience. If you’re in Mt. Juliet and haven’t visited Milestone Craft Deli yet, you’re missing out on a culinary gem. Highly recommend giving their meatball sub a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped by Milestone Restaurant, with a friend and was blown away by how fresh and delicious everything was. I had one of the best chicken parmesan sandwiches I’ve ever tasted—huge crispy cutlet, perfectly fried, and full of flavor. My friend had the Rachel, their take on a Reuben, which looked just as amazing. On the way out, I saw the owner, Ryan, making fresh pasta by hand, so I’ll definitely be back to try that next time. Fresh food, great vibes, and excellent service—highly recommend Milestone!

Wow wow wow #1. Best basket of fries ever- we got Disco style. I can't believe I have been eating naked fries all my life. LOL #2. The chicken parm was perfectly cooked, juicy, had just been prepped not 15 mins before, so fresh, the bread was great too! Big portion, my husband and I shared it for lunch. I really liked the homemade chips as well. #3. Chef Ryan was so nice, truly understands the importance of customer service as he walked each table to greet his patrons (and gave us a treat to try ;)) #4. I love this lowkey gem in MJ- don't expect fancy, this is a no frills deli but like in a super cool way like a "I know about this awesome place connected to a gas station with a Chef who went to culinary school and is slinging boardwalk fries and cheesesteaks that taste better than Philly!" kinda way.... It reminds me of the best restaurant in Honolulu, which happened to be in a bowling alley. Ups the cool factor. A few other things to note- Their desserts are from Lebanon's own Big D and the sourdough and rye breads are baked fresh at MJ's Emeraude Bakery! The Amoroso Rolls for cheesesteaks are shipped in from Philly, PA and A. Rando Bakery rolls for hoagies are shipped from Atlantic City, NJ. Only the best for Chef Ryan. My NJ-born hubby is thrilled to have Milestone in town (and so am I!) I can't wait to be back to try all the goodness!

Ryan is the friendliest and he’s onto something great here with Milestone Craft Deli. Sandwiches are awesome (I recommend the cheesesteak or the Classic Italian hoagie on your first trip). Tried his matzo ball soup today which was excellent. You can tell that everything is made with care with top quality ingredients. Bread sourced from Philly and NJ for cheesesteaks and hoagies respectively. Other sandwich breads sourced from our local Emeraude Bakery. We will be back often!

There’s no place like home. Being from the Philly area, a good Philly cheesesteak is hard to get. When you walk in, it feels welcoming in and reminds you of that back home in Philly feeling. The place is tight, can imagine when busy it might be hectic but this might be the best hidden gem that might not be hidden soon. The cheesesteak had the Philly feeling from the seasoning to the meat to the Wit or WITOUT. The chips? delicious. The pretzels? if you know, you know. Overall, cheesesteak is $16.50 and not badly priced for what you are getting. Great food, customer service and highly recommended.
